Before you place an order please keep in mind that we don’t do cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
We are not responsible for packages if they are lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS or your shipping carrier if you have not received your package.
If your package gets returned back to our warehouse, we will invoice you a shipping label to re-ship your order back to you. We do not issue refunds for returned packages since slime is a perishable product.
